Returns & Exchanges Policy

Policy Overview

At Velora Armoires, we want you to feel confident when making a purchase. We understand that investing in high-quality furniture and home products is an important decision, and we are committed to making the process straightforward, transparent, and stress-free.

If something is not right with your order, our team is here to help with returns, exchanges, damaged items, and shipping concerns in a fair and timely manner.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • New and unused
  • In original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and included components must be returned with the item

Products that show signs of use, damage caused after delivery, missing parts, or altered packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.


Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives to ensure everything meets your expectations.


Return Shipping Responsibility

For returns requested due to personal preference, change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer-initiated reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Velora Armoires provides prepaid return labels for approved returns. The cost of the label will be deducted from the final refund amount.

If the return is due to a defective product, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by us, we will cover all return shipping costs in full.

Original shipping charges are refundable for approved returns.


How to Start a Return or Exchange (RMA Process)

To begin a return or exchange request, please contact our support team at support@veloraarmoires.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return or exchange
  • The reason for the request
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

Our team will review the request and provide return instructions along with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if approved.

Items returned without prior authorization may experience delays or may not be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please notify us within the required reporting window:

  • Freight (LTL) deliveries: within 48 hours of delivery
  • Small parcel shipments (UPS/FedEx): within 15 days of delivery

Please keep all original packaging and provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

When damage or defects are confirmed, we will arrange replacement parts, an exchange, or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

Once an order has shipped, it will fall under our standard return policy and return shipping guidelines.


Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.


Our Error vs. Customer-Initiated Returns

If we made an error with your order — including shipping the wrong item, sending a defective product, or damage occurring during transit — Velora Armoires will cover all associated return and replacement shipping costs.

For customer-initiated returns not related to product defects or shipping errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.

We do not charge restocking fees.


Exchanges Process

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our support team within the 30-day return window.

Customers requesting exchanges for personal preference reasons are responsible for both the return shipping cost and the reshipment cost of the replacement item.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the exchange promptly.
